Abstract for oral presentation
Extended Abstract should be a brief description of your work, and it can highlight the main contribution of your presentations. Because of the limitation on the number of pages that can be published in the proceedings, the length of the extended abstract is limited to a maximum of two pages.
Please download the abstract template and conform to the requirements as outlined in the document.
All abstract submissions will be subject to review. Authors should ensure that the following criteria are met in their abstract submission:
- Successful presenting authors will be required to pay for the registration
- The topic is relevant and important to the chosen theme or sub theme
- Subject matter is original or innovative
For poster presentation, you are required to submit a short abstract (within 150 words) highlighting the merits of your work. Please download the abstract template for poster and conform to the requirements as outlined in the document.
The final printed poster must be in size A0 (841mm x 1189 mm) in portrait orientation.
Poster presentation should include the title, abstract, main text figures and/or tables, diagrams and conclusions. Please include your contact information (names, affiliation, address, phone, fax, e-mail). Use of color in the poster presentation makes visual communication more effective. Textual and graphic illustrations should be kept simple but effective.
All poster lettering should be typewritten. Since your poster will be read at distance of a couple of meters, use appropriate size lettering.
A display board with 180 cm high by 90 cm wide will be provided for each poster presentation.
